As for food, I am clueless, but maybe you can make a wonderful Steak Salad to go along with the bread rolls to have some balance between carbs, protein, and leafy greens? (I chuckled when Dwalin was shifting through the salad and asked "where's the meat?" in that Hobbit video above), it's simple to make, and I love recipes from Tasty. Not exactly meal prep, but cooksmarts.com provides weekly recipes with some extra efficiencies (i.e. Cook 2x chicken in the first meal, use the extra for a second meal). It also has an integrated grocery list. Its fairly pricey, but worth it IMHO. When I use it, it probably saves me an hour of finding recipes and writing a grocery list. Source: 11 months ago

Today will be my first time going shopping for groceries for a week in a very long time. I started with cooksmarts.com a few weeks ago, and I've finally gotten into it enough that I trust I will make all of the meals. The meals there, along with tracking in loseit.com have been very helpful to me.
