  I just scored the other two starter decks from target.com! I had originally only secured one when they launched on Sep 1st. Just now I got an alert that the shipping label was created, so I decided to check, and low and behold everything was in stock! I managed to get the other two starters, but the trove and gift set were already gone. Hopefully nothing is cancelled, but keep your eyes peeled! Source: 9 months ago

  California State gas/diesel taxes are high - I think around $1.55/gallon. California has the most highways in the country. They need a lot of maintenance. The drought that we just came out of last winter cracked a lot of blacktop. In addition EV's and hybrids (which are huge in CA) use little or no gas so the revenue of the old 30MPG market is shrinking. Thus the "use tax". That said Texas is always cheaper due...
