For us at Begin and Architect, tape has been in use for several years. Tape has a stable and straightforward API, routine maintenance updates, and outputs TAP, making it really versatile. "uvu" [3] is getting a lot of love lately, but it's very feature limited and much of it's touted advantages are at the detriment to feature set.
