Hide sensitive information. Add step icons for multi-step instructions. Give each step a name and html formatted description. Export your guides in one of many formats: pdf, doc, powerpoint slides, html, markdown, plain text. Every export format has its own customization settings and options.

Instead of writing things step by step, I just turn on Tango, go through the process, and everything is nicely documented.
