- tango.us will forever be my greatest help article hack. It's free and has a super easy extension. It's cut my writing in half, if not more. Instead of writing things step by step, I just turn on Tango, go through the process, and everything is nicely documented. This is too biased for me IMHO. I do agree with some points, documentation IS amazing, and you are very likely under-documenting things. But documentation is not cheap to create, and specially it's not cheap to maintain.
