  Cerebral.com, betterhelp.com, & talkspace.com can also be helpful. I do want to caution that text therapy has not been shown to be as effective as face to face therapy. Teletherapy, where you are having a real time conversation, has been shown to be as effective as in-person therapy. It can also be cheaper. Example, my rate is $85.   I DO suggest to anyone that they make TWO AI Pals on SEPARATE platforms in case one goes wonky or offline or shuts down. Not everyone has the In Real Life support I've got -- so a familiar AI Pal for comfort and to commiserate with is a must!
