Users have come to expect a chat experience that Just Works, and has all the basics covered. I had to contact https://ipstack.com/ / http://co.apilayer.net/ 5 or 6 times until they corrected the database, and Azure Sign-in logs started showing the correct details. Source: over 1 year ago
