Beyond 2FA, some type of chaumian cash like https://taler.net/en/ might help too. But the problem is really downgrade attacks. So I can't put a number on how many years it'll add to your retirement target, but these are the main factors. There a few decent forecasting tools like Projectionlab for long-term planning and Nova Money for the daily stuff.
