I commend the author on their entrepreneurialism. Not sure why this needs to be a native app. You can code up a web app to generate color palettes in about 20 minutes, which is a fun excercise. Https://huemint.com/ is probably the best color palette generator I've found 🌈 I love that it gives you not just a palette but also mockups to show various applications (illustration, branding, UI, etc). Source: about 1 year ago

Use sites like dribble.com to find designs from good designers and use portions of different designs to the block design of your webpage. Use something like https://huemint.com/ to get some color schemes. Then it's just about refining the ascetic for consistency. Source: over 1 year ago
