Tailwind App KanbanFlowTo be honest, it's taken me a while to get to like Tailwind but I'm a subscriber now. Over the past couple of years there have been siginifcant improvements and I'm now able to quickly and easily post immediately and schedule posts to Pinterest, Instagram, and Facebook pages. Previously I found the process to time consuming and monotonoous to do so manually, so the Tailwind dashboard is the answer for me. I have a lot of photos that I've taken over the years and I can now get them uploaded and ready to post with minimal effort.
There's also a basic email marketing facility. OK, it doesn't have all the functions and features you'll see in Mailchimp but for people who want something basic when they're still growing their list, it's good to have this bundled in. Mailchimp can be expensive if your list isn't yet generating enough income to pay for itself.

Monotask instead of multitask, only have one project/thing going and do that proper before starting the next, I used kanban) for that, I use kanbanflow, but a cheap whiteboard and some sticky notes works just as fine. Source: 11 months ago

I use KanbanFlow as my personal task manager. I've designed a board around the One Minute To-Do List concept of Michael Linenberger with bins (i.e., columns) corresponding to Linenberger's three urgency "zones", or categories: Critical Now, Opportunity Now, and Over the Horizon, and, of course, a final bin labeled Done.
