Tabletopia mentions (23)

  • Card Game Rules
Https://tabletopia.com/ seems to be a freemium platform for playing many (all?) commercial boardgames and also many standard card games: hearts, bridge, whist, poker etc. And appears to simulate a tabletop for playing with others or solo. I have not played it much but it seems intuitive as a platform for playing many different boardgames online, but is a bit clunky compared to a purpose-built online game. - Source: Hacker News / 5 months ago
  • Question about Boardgames on Computer
Tabletopia. Web app, not many wargames available, I think. Game search is pretty rudimentary. Source: about 1 year ago

Tabletopia - Free to start. Build games through their online editor. Source: about 1 year ago
  • Trying to play more strategic and lengthy board games, but roommates strongly prefer shorter party-style games. Is there any hope for me?
Maybe look at finding online options for the "more strategic and lengthy board games"? I know there are lots of options for Diplomacy (which is especially suitable for online play, having discrete turns), but I'm sure you'll be able to find similar online portals for other games (e.g. https://tabletopia.com). • Turn based/strategy non violent games
Boardgamearena.com and https://tabletopia.com/ have several more games for free as well. Table Top Simulator itself isn't free, but it does have a ton of free mods for board games. Source: over 1 year ago

  • Responsive Design help
I'm new to coding but I want to know how a site like garticphone.com keep a responsive design that scales everything down no matter what screen size. Source: 12 months ago
  • Digital games for (English) language learning
Gartic Phone (https://garticphone.com/) might work. It's a game where the first person describes a scene/object, the second has to draw it, the thrid has to guess what the initial description was based on the drawing, the next person draws that, etc. Source: about 1 year ago
  • Best games that support more than 4 players?
Also with this same setup, we draw sillyness on garticphone.com, and skribb.io. Good fun. Source: about 1 year ago

  • I feel the need to draw. I'm not necessarily asking for a game where you draw, but something that gives the same kind of satisfaction. Minecraft is a good example!
If you are thinking of some kind of party game, Gartic Phone is a good suggestion. The game starts with each player writing down a prompt, and then the next player has to draw that prompt. Then the player after that has to describe the drawing, without knowing the original prompt. Then the next player uses the description as a prompt, repeating the process. It's really fun to see at the end what everyone drew,... Source: over 1 year ago
