If you ask me, browser tabs are #1 cause of distractions even for non-ADHD people. Unlike a desk where you leave bunch of things open and stacked on top of each other to come back to things, bookmarking tabs is like chucking them away in some drawer in the basement. A way to give people 5-10 credits of recognition publicly so that it can add up to a $10 gift card after 10-20 "gifts" so far has been a great way to encourage each other to be helpful.
