If you're on Windows, LF Aligner is the one that worked the best for me, by far. You just have to follow the instructions: I convert the source docs to plain text (.txt), UTF-8 encoding, and make sure there are no spaces or special characters in your file names. When I had to align a very large document (Quebec's Civil Code) I tried wordast online, and another free online tool, and LF Aligner was the only one... Source: over 2 years ago
