   Brilliant for outreach

   I often use the Hunter Google Chrome extension to assist me in discovering the contact details of new outreach targets. The only drawback is that I quite often exceed my free monthly allowance of lead requests.

  DuckDuckGo & Co. - DDG, Swisscows and Ecosia all use Bing index. For people that only care about privacy, this is a non-issue. But I don't like the idea that the entirety of web currently depends on just two companies. So I personally don't use them. Same logic extends to Startpage, which is owned by an ad company & uses Google's results. As they rely on the Big 2, they're closer to frontends/MetaSearch engines in... Source: over 1 year ago

  I recommend you use swisscows.com to search instead, its not censored in the same way that duckduckgo.com and google.com is censored with different results appearing. Source: over 1 year ago

• I thought Brave didn't collect data? Am I missing something.

  I use brave, google (for technical subjects when I can't find answer with brave), and for anything that has a remote chance to be censored I use engines with their own crawlers : fireball.de, gigablast.com, yandex.com and other browsers to be sure but I don't think they have their own crawler : lycos.com, swisscows.com, mojeek.com, metager.de.   Definitely speak to recruiters (Private Equity Recruiting is the top option in Europe, IMO), but the best way to do it is to use a tool like hunter.io to find the email addresses of general partners at top firms, and (I can't stress this enough) send them qualified dealflow with your high-level analysis (I'll also add more detail below).
