During Covid there was a trend of hiring remotely and quickly, mostly using Video interviews, For that most software has integration with some tools like Zoom etc but it was very difficult to manage at that time, especially in some sectors where frequent hiring pipeline is going on like Call Centers, so we have focused and start developing the product in order to facilitate the mother company as well as other tenants.

Product is really good in terms of recruitment automation , in my case we have software development sector where we hire employee as consultant and short term periods very frequently and with manual efforts we repeat the exercise and it take long time to complete hiring process even short term hiring process goes long term, so we decided to try the SwiftRecruit AI and it works well, it fills the gap what we looking for and all goes excellent.
Based on our record, HireVue seems to be more popular. It has been mentiond 2 times since March 2021. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.
