Most commonly suggested ones are suprnova.cc and minafacil.com . Suprnova is a 0.5 pool fee instead of 1.0 at flockpool. Minafacil has no pool fees, but servers are limited, so you'll have to check pings. While I've never used them, 011data is an option as well, but many users complain about how unreliable the servers are. I could go on for hours troubleshooting if none of these work please consider any Linux based mining OS. HIVEOS I know used to come with like 3 free rigs, I've heard lately you get one, its easy to use, easy to setup and flash, all is controlled from a web page, I use SMOS simplemining.net works great and if your psu is the problem it will likely tell you depending on the miner you use, but whatever miner you use... I was using gminer through simplemining.net, I used to get errors on DAG generation on the problematic card on each rig. I've read up a bit and this seems to be a known issue for RTX 30xx series cards. Source: about 3 years ago
