If you want security: a phone with GrapheneOS installed, an always on vpn such as PIA VPN or Proton VPN, communication through secure end to end encrypted messengers such as signal, session, etc... And anonymous mobile data (there are a handful of data only esim providers that allow anonymous payment), I use INVISIV PGPP, not sure what's available in your country, as well as a voip phone number such as MySudo. I'm also curious because it seems like using a phone with no strings attached today seems almost impossible unless you get an actually old phone, which either works poorly or costs a lot as part of a retro collection or something. It’s just a phone number that’s required, and so if you want to stay private, or just log in with a fake account, you can use a free phone number for verification, just as you would do with some disposable temporary mail when you want to log in to... Using fake numbers for app verification is quite tempting, and I read that it's a savior when it comes to website registration.
