We recommend a PO Box (or CMRA/PMB), masked email addresses, and maybe even a VoIP phone number (MySudo is a simple and low cost option, $10 a year for one phone number) when having to give out your personal information. And anonymous mobile data (there are a handful of data only esim providers that allow anonymous payment), I use INVISIV PGPP, not sure what's available in your country, as well as a voip phone number such as MySudo.
