I know you found what you're looking for but.. I would recommend doing a third party malware scan with someone like sucuri.net. Fedora has had a Gaming Spin which Nobara isn't. It's more a derivative in the same way Ubuntu is a derivative of Debian or just more so Linux Mint is of Ubuntu.
