We like the many security features they offer, like proxying outgoing connections, organization wide controls, importing automatically source code ACLs and many possibilities for custom images. I use Hive hive.com , which is also a project management tool. I sync it with my google calendar for work-related things and with my calendar app on iPhone for home/family-related things. Guess I could use just one calendar and use tags, but this system works best for me.
