Stripe provides https://stripe.com/sigma which allows users to write their own SQL. If you had a multi-tenant Postgres DB, how would you build a system such as Stripe Sigma? Currently we re-generate the world every night. We need fine-grained control over the SQLite schema (it's a public api we let users write sql against). I have this Square contactless/chip reader so if a customer doesn't have tap-to-pay they just insert their card. I do keep my old magstripe reader handy just in case.
