Apple's offerings may have been good when the alternative was software sold on physical CD's in a store, but compared to the alternatives today there is no way 30% is by any means fair or reasonable. I don't know if it's available in Algeria, but if it is, checkout Stripe's Atlas service. It allows you to incorporate a company in Delaware, and open a US bank account. I used their services in my country, to register a local business and it was very quick and easy. Source: 10 months ago
