You should look at DBSchema (https://dbschema.com/) it's a quite powerful tool for database design/synchronization/documentation/etc. It's not very expensive for what it's doing and cherry on the cake the UI/UX is pretty well designed (yes I fell in love with this tool when I worked with it on a previous project). I've tried doing the SQL dump on dbdiagram a few months ago and ran into some issues.
