   Great resource for substance use and mental health

   Truly a full "ecosystem" They have a national directory of peer specialists to search from based on DOC, location, experiences and more. Their telehealth app is cutting edge. The Reduce the Stigma tv channel is newer and I hope to see a lot more great content.

• My family is seriously damaging my mental health.

  There are but we only have one vehicle, and it's a big no on driving anywhere other than a job or the store. I've decided to go to 7cups.com and talk it out there. It'll have to do until I get a job. I just needed to vent somewhere. Thanks for the suggestions, though! Source: almost 2 years ago

  Some advice: maybe talk to other people in your family so they can warn you if he's in your town or neighborhood? And also, look into getting a better therapist. While you're trying to find a new one there's always Better Help or 7cups.com (7cups is free, but JSYK I've used the latter before and you have to be very selective.
