   So apparently the site had a little hiccup and my swap got stuck. They said server was overloaded or something like that, but after a couple of hours it was sorted out and i received my funds safely. Got a bit worried, but support team was super helpful.

  It can happen when the routing fails cos the token has poor liquidity or whatever. But you can report this to their customer service. There's a little box on the bottom right.
