• iOS App / API / explorer issues?

  I signed up for reports from statuspage.io which tends to spam me with network updates, but I like to see that that they are really working on it from hour to hour so I'm happy to get the spam. It's just ironic that I posted this and got the API issues email within minutes. Source: over 2 years ago

• Nothing slays me more than individual users wanting status updates on global issues.

  We setup a statuspage.io account a year back or so and push some aggregated metrics to indicate current service/system status. Best part is we can post updates to any outage / issue and it gets mailed to anyone who subscribed. Source: over 2 years ago

  Yes, I understand what is happening. The "issue" is that the email appears to have been written more for IT Glue people -- and then someone edited the top portion a bit to be more Datto-specific without really cleaning up the rest of the email (or the sender/from itself). As I said, if you see my Edit, I actually got a new email a few hours later -- that is actually from a datto.com email address and more... Source: over 1 year ago

  As I'm getting my stuff ready to present to my attorney, I get an email from [postmaster@kaseya.onmicrosoft.com](mailto:postmaster@kaseya.onmicrosoft.com) that my email bounced due to security or policy settings at datto.com. What the....? For real? C'mon man. I print that email as well as the others, and head off to see my attorney. He looks everything over, looks at me and says "Are all vendors in your industry... • Datto sales guy spammed my phone.

  I took advantage of M365's message rules, and set up a rule that all emails from @ datto.com gets forwarded to their support email address. Which then creates a ticket, which then emails me, which then forwards to their support ticket, which then.... well. You get the idea. Source: almost 3 years ago
