Is it start.me? If that is the case, I am concerned about their ads. When I go to my bookmarked URL, I notice that Instead of opening the bookmakred URL(e.x reddit.com ), my ADguard DNS server blocks this malicious site: redirect.start.me/xxxidealo.dexx . Maybe your best bet is to upload to YouTube as unlisted and use https://annotate.tv … on iOS I use KMPlayer to add markers (boorkmarks) and use those to annotate once back home. Wish there was something better. Source: about 2 years ago
