With an easy UI you can create those free trials and start being transparent about pricing plus giving them a frictionless way to get started. If your company charges on a usage based model (like Twilio, Snowflake, AWS, etc.), the best option is Octane (https://getoctane.io/) - they just rolled out a really good Analytics tab and have expanded on the definitions of the standard metrics so that they can be best applied to the usage based industry.
