  For the sake of “well, actually” completionism, this is possible in Python with stackless or the gevent library and some hacks, but when Guido and pals backed the standard awful way of doing async in commercial languages (async/await and colored functions) this practice fell by the wayside. • What are your problems in regard of freelancer.com?

  I worked on freelancer.com for 3 months doing mostly side gigs. WIth the payment, it wasn't much of an issue for me. The first payment indeed, it was more "special", as in, it took 2 months until I got the money in my account. But any other payment after that, were processed within days (at worst). I had some other issues (due to the country I'm working from), like my VISA card not being accepted so I had to do... Source: 12 months ago

  I once posted on reddit my thoughts on freelancer.com and I assume, that it does not have a high reputation among other redditors. Someone who hired freelancers on that very site said, that clearing a payment is very difficult on that site, which I could understand. So do you have also faced other problems on that side?
