I can save that same art piece and view it in Photos (on the same computer), and it looks normal. I can upload it elsewhere (sta.sh, etc), it looks normal. It's just in the art programs that I'm having issues. Source: over 1 year ago

Nice :). Yes, I added falling snow in post. Ground is snow material from poliigon.com. Rest is done with poly snow plugin. I tried tyflow and forest pack with blobmesh, but poly snow was easiest and fastest way to add snow. Source: over 2 years ago
