The advantage is they can manage the generation and sending of invoices and automatically sending follow up messages when the invoice hasn’t been paid. Quick books is the biggest player in the space.   Have you tried asktrim.com? You send them the bill, they negotiate a better rate, you pay them 15% of the annual savings. And they'll keep coming back for more cuz it helps them too. They've renegoticated my cell bill 4 times in 2 years and saved me over $1,400, and charged me about $450. • LPT can call your internet provider/cable provider and try to get lower rates and it works a lot of the time.
