• I'm getting massive ping spikes only on my desktop, but not on any other devices connected to the same network.

  The reason I am asking is once a friend asked which is a good anti-malware in between a conversation and I mentioned Spybot & continued with the conversation. My friend just opened spybot.com and downloaded the spybot application & that app showed that her machine was filled with malware. But despite cleaning, nothing happened.   If you use the Firefox browser with the uBlock Origins extension, it blocks almost every ad. I use the Samsung Internet browser with Blokada 5 and it's a nearly ad-free experience. Source: about 1 year ago
