   Easy to use, and just what we needed!

   I needed a 1800 number for my business, and paying for a second phone line and getting a second phone is overpriced for what I needed. for 10 bucks a month, OpenPhone allows me to have a 1800 number right on my own cell phone through their app. So my personal calls don't get mixed up with my business calls. The app is easy to use, has a voicemail feature, and call forwarding for when I'm out and don't want to use data.

  For this basic setup then I wouldn't go for Twilio Flex, or better if you still want to got for Twilio, I suggest you have a look at spokephone.com a solution built on top of Twilio, but more use friendly and ready to use.
