I upgraded Cubase to 13, which essentialy adds 6 months to your rent but now I can't use Cubase at all. It says the license expired, and when I click "renew" in the Activation Manager it just brings me to splice.com which says that my license is active... Source: 6 months ago
Lastly, if you have exhausted your 60 day trial, and are in need of Pro, but can't spend at the moment, splice.com offers a rent-to-own plan for Cubase Pro. It is always at full price though and never goes on sale, so keep that in mind. Although, it's good to pay $17 for a couple months till the sale arrives, and then crossgrade to it. I had to google "Vaporwave"(totally out of touch with EDM sub-genres here, so I'm going by the description offered on Wikipedia). Reads like a sampling synth' of some kind would be in order from here. I'd suggest Giada, because it's a BEAST. Though having said that, Giada's extreme tweakability can become somewhat overwhelming right off' the bat. It's well worth the effort to learn if you're using a sample-based...
