After factory reset... When selecting Offline setup, it is possible to log in to the UDM. Both real world (I was trying to use steam to update things) and on the 19th when I think this glitch first started I was downloading a ubuntu image from their official download link (so I assume it should be able to stream a pretty solid bitrate. Basically steam (which should be able to cap my connection no problem), random website traffic, speedof.me and the waveform buffer bloat tests all showed me hard pegged... Source: almost 1 year ago

I tried downloading an unlocker program to see if maybe any processes were stalling it, but not even that could remove the file. I'm completely at a loss. I could just ignore the file for the rest of my life, but I'd really rather not with how concerningly broken it is. Source: about 1 year ago
