When I read this, my first thought was "there's gotta be a way to do that online". A quick search came up with letterstream.com and docupost.com. I don't know anything about either one, but both say you can upload whatever you want to print and they will print it and mail it; looks like it costs about a dollar for a one-page letter. For direct mail, I’ve heard PostcardMania and DocuPost are two of the best providers out there.
