I am sorry for the shameless plug but I think you might find speakyreads.com very useful. It has audiobooks split into paragraphs and allows you to record yourself reading the paragraphs and compare with the original audio. Unless you enjoy grammar, that is. But anything that makes it more of a slog (less fun) will be deadly to you now. AT this point it's not about remembering the exact correct declention of Dativ, Genetiv, etc. I honestly think that just comes with practice, practice, practice.
