But I'd like it so when I connect a certain pair of headphones, then a pre-defined output and input device is set. So for Headphone A, the output might be set to this pair but the mic will be the build-in mic in my Macbook. And for Headphone B, both the output and input should be set to this... I use the Mac app more, and coming from Spotify (I tried Apple Music once, but the UI was so bad it made me go back), I like how a number of other things can be accomplished with other apps. For example, instead of using the basic "Edit Info..." panel, I can use Meta, which offers way more features.
