I am in shop for a speech recon library that works offline and can fit on a phone (Android). I used to use Snips AI (https://snips.ai/), which worked well until it was acquired by Sonos. Now the portal is down and I can't modify the model anymore. Looking for something ideally written in C or that can target C for portability. Do you have a budget? If so, there's this tool I've worked with called Sonix that generates transcripts of what you feed into it. It's not super accurate, but it's good enough. One of the features is that you can "highlight" chunks of text, and have it spit out an XML that will have a sequence containing only the highlighted text. Source: about 1 year ago
