There is also Snap! (https://snap.berkeley.edu/) which starts very much like Scratch but has higher ceiling. - Source: Hacker News / 4 months ago
Https://snap.berkeley.edu/ Snap! Is made by folks previously involved in Berkeley Logo, and has a lot of "missing pieces" that make organizing programs easier: lambdas, cc, and binding functions to definitions (aka build-your-own-blocks). - Source: Hacker News / 4 months ago

- If you ever struggle to find good art for your D&D character, go to websites like artstation.com and pinterest.com and just type in core aspects of your character for good inspiration. Like if you type "Tiefling Artificer" into artstation's search bar, you'll find a ton of great art for your character. Obviously if you make any content with someone else's character art, ask for permission and credit them though. Source: 5 months ago
I was about to type pinterest.com and asked him, "please show me what image do you want me to associate you with" and before the page charged my brain went "3rd picture" and it was that <3. Source: 10 months ago
Be careful. A new phishing website has been created, it is a copy of https://pinterest.com. Source: 10 months ago
When I type in certain websites with .com ending, I get redirected to the .dk ending, which is my country's domain ending. I, however, want to stay on the .com website. It is annoying as for example pinterest.dk is down for me, but pinterest.com, pinterest.es etc is working fine. How do I fix that? Source: about 1 year ago
Say, you google that thing you're interested in. If you navigate to "images.google.com" he can see that, but not the thumbnails below. However, HOWEVER, those thumbnails are served up by another website, not google, google is just wrapping it into their results page. So say that little thumbnail is coming from "pinterest.com", your dad can see that as a source for "something, at some point, in my sons history".... Source: over 1 year ago
