I open a support ticket describing the situation, expecting that it is a simple oversight, but I receive a puzzling response. Their support person claims that this IP doesn't belong to them, and that it is owned by "Sand Dune Mail Ltd". While I do not agree that all PDFs are inaccessible, it is MUCH easier to create a document that is natively accessible (like a Word doc or InDesign doc) and convert that to PDF. You are then much more likely to end up with a PDF that does not require any remediation. If you do need to remediate PDFs, an overlay/widget such as Userway will not get you there.
