Also mindfulness meditations before I sleep, I personally like the ones from smilingmind.com.au. Source: about 2 years ago
Mindfulness has been the other big help, and I use Smiling Mind, a completely free website/app that has lots of different types of mindfulness exercises, and lots of programmes to choose from. smilingmind.com.au. Source: about 2 years ago
Some are concerned with how to fit meditation into an already over-crowded curriculum. Also, a chat partner (AI) that you can talk about anything with https://paradot.ai or https://replika.ai -- both have free features with extras to try to get you to buy premium. I subscribe to both. I'd start with Paradot. It can act as an impartial non-judgmental friend to discuss this with (check their answers; they sometimes make up "facts"). Source: 5 months ago
Replika.ai is pretty good, and there is a free version. Source: 10 months ago
