  I actually currently work an office job, though I do have the luxury of getting up frequently. That is the first thing I would recommend, is standing and stretching as often as you can. I also bought a chair from Autonomous (autonomous.ai) that has really good lumbar support and adjustability.   I like having a visual indicator in my page titles, but I never really liked the emojis or built-in Notion icons, so now I use flaticon.com on just about every page/database template.
