How do you like the desk? I'm currently using an autonomous.ai sit to stand desk (i never stand because for whatever reason I can't problem solve as well while standing) and I have a secretlab chair that I think is "just OK" (titan evo 2022), but I've been looking at their desks for a while now. Automate from Llamalab might do it for you. https://llamalab.com/automate/ I use it quite extensively and it is free on a limited basis. You can run I think three tasks simultaneously in the free version but you can get around that by creating a scheduling flow that starts other flows in a timed manner if you want.
