I make my own but take inspiration from https://slidesgo.com/ and the beamer latex template. I try not to clutter so it's mostly white background with a distinguishable headline and some info an pictures. I also just try to add a footnote with the page number and topic of the presentation. I migrated away from Adobe after Photoshop CS6 which I believe was the last release before they switched over to a subscription only pricing model.
