  Napping in blocks actually isn't a bad sleep pattern if it works for you. I sleep in 2 3-hour blocks and sometimes an additional 2-hour nap, I can't sleep for more than 6 hours at a time, and usually not really more than 4. I was always exhausted.   Sleepytime Don’t know If this has been posted here before. But if you have issues waking up and still feeling tired, use this website. You can use it and put in what time you have to wake up or what time you have to go to sleep and it’ll give you all the times you can fall asleep in order to wake up well rested.
