I just set this up on https://sken.io. I put in Https://starlinkversions.com and highlighted the releases section and got an alert yesterday that a new version went out. I thought this would be helpful since falling behind on versions can be problematic. There are probably other services that do this. So far sken works great and didn't cost any money. I'm a believer in failing fast. You might start with something like https://unbounce.com. They have a 14 day free trial. I'm not against spending money to drive traffic, you just want to get something for your ad spend even if it's not leads. In your case you want data.
