I just set this up on https://sken.io. I put in Https://starlinkversions.com and highlighted the releases section and got an alert yesterday that a new version went out. I thought this would be helpful since falling behind on versions can be problematic. There are probably other services that do this. So far sken works great and didn't cost any money. I used Cushion for this and I can’t recommend it enough. It does exactly what you’re describing without the need to build out a system in another project management software and it’s designed for freelancers out of the box. I’ve previously tried Harvest and found that it was just quite heavily geared towards teams (whereas I’m just one person). I’ve also tried Cushion (cushionapp.com), which does seem great and do most of what I want, but doesn’t integrate with Xero (thought it says it does - the integration doesn’t work).
