I like sitejabber, it is one of my favorite review based websites along with notscam and PCmag.
Based on our record, sitejabber should be more popular than ConsumerReports.org. It has been mentiond 9 times since March 2021. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.

Also its the internet. You wont find people posting about how they have no problems with it. I googled a little and according to consumerreports.org Mercedes in the US seems to be really bad...BMW on the other hand improved massivly and is third most reliable brand behind Toyota/Lexus.
