Google "Match Ratings". After the ads, the first result is from Forbes.com, and the 2nd result is from sitejabber.com. Here is what Sitejabber says...

Match.com

It states that Match.com gets a 3.14 star rating out of 5. But when you look at the individual ratings of each category, they get 1.5 out of 5 in each individual category including Service, Value, and Quality. If you scroll through all of the reviews, almost every single review is a 1 with some 2's as the next most common rating. So the 1.5 average looks accurate, and the 3.14 average doesn't make any sense because that is clearly not the average when you look at all of the individual reviews. That is suspicious to me - where is the 3.14 coming from?
